whether it’s crumbed, fried, spiced or slow-cooked to melt, and sat on a fresh, crisp or grainy bed, it’s a box of nutrient-rich, tasty goodness; and you can bet a side of our crispy kumara ribbons that it’s gluten, sugar and dairy-free — it’s just how we cook.

inspired by a desire to provide quick, delicious, and healthy meals to the active community, we started out in our trusty herba trailer, bringing something fresh to the christchurch food-truck scene. a few years on, and we’re fully settled into our store at riverside market.
